This blog is about my tribute to my mom’s curvy walkway in our first home. If you stay a while, You will see how I transformed my home in many OTHER ways and, yes, bringing the curvy walkway TO MY HOME as a nod to mom.

Sometime in the 1960s my family moved to the suburbs of New Orleans in an area called Metairie. They bought a modest house on a street made of shells from the Mississippi River.
